As a photographer providing Conference Photography I like to capture the incidental moments during the proceedings.
My main priority is to capture the keynote speaks, podium images, group photos, context shots of the venue, happy attendees, networking and so on. But at times it is the quirky and the fleeting moment that would be lost without someone to document it.
During this particular conference, the first day of the at the annual conference of the National Society for Education in Art and Design (NSEAD), delegates were given a task to find and record information in the Pitt Rivers Museum. The museum itself was very dark. Almost pitch black with just the lights from the various cabinets and displays. This was how museums were done in Victorian times.
As I was wondering about capturing delegates deep in conversation and looking with wonder at the exhibits I noticed this schoolboy. He was bemused by the delegate noting a feature of the lift. He could hardly believe his eyes!
NSEAD provides a real forum for teachers and those interested in education to influence policy at the highest levels. The first day of the conference was held in the Pitt Rivers Museum in Oxford.
For every event, I use a variety of styles from reportage (subtle photography taken from afar), staged group shots, interior shots as well as formal set up shots. I have got a keen eye for capturing the engagement of attendees and capturing telling moments. I am a detail-oriented photographer and will always make sure that even the simplest of moments are captured. I capture the expressions, and the spirit of the event as well as the celebratory moments. I visually capture the characters of the participants, presenters and performers, who together make these events a great success.
Before your event, I consult with your event organiser to agree on the images that are ‘must have’, such as podium speakers, group photographs, and the CEO laughing. We also go through any special visitors who would be great to capture, examples would include investors and significant shareholders or employees. At the same time, we discuss the style, agenda and timing of the event.

Items such as galleries, design proofs, contracts, files, links, videos and any other documents. The dates and times of our meetings and even a place for you to keep all of your information like contact details. Your portal is available to you at any time day or night. Should you have any worries, questions or new ideas then you can contact me either by email, text or telephone.
Arriving early and finishing last I ensure that I have everything that you want to be captured. During the event, I blend in so as to get natural looking images, and I also stage where I need to ensure you get the very best quality photographs. Organising large groups of people is not an issue, plus I have a fairly loud voice when needed!

Once your event is over I will prepare the best photographs from your event. Your images will be ready with 48 hours, or sooner (12 hours) if the express service is requested.
All of your images will be fully edited, colour corrected and available to you via your online gallery. You will also have the facility to share your gallery with attendees, vendors and selected colleagues. You decide what they can (and cannot) download and the resolution they receive. Your final images are then available to you to use how you wish. You may use them across all media and across all territories with no restriction on time.
