Parkhouse Hill may only be a small hill, but it is one of the most famous in the Peak District National Park.
Rising up above the River Dove the hill has a sharp ridge that travels along the length of the hill. It is not too difficult to climb, although finding somewhere to park the car is not so easy.
The photograph depicts Parkhouse Hill with patches of sunlight dappled across the grassland.
